While considering the issues of establishing a Buddhist temple in a small town, we found that basically it will be the central location that will allow us to amplify the needs and the reasoning for the religions themselves to discuss the particular philosophy and position for improving the world spiritual health.

The town is uniquely positioned in the political world even though we are not playing out enough political statements with religions. We also have a situation where there are affluent African-American males and females who are not really that satisfied with what is going on with moral principles in our society.

The community also provides a corporative community that will allow a young Buddhist organization to be established within its borders. We know that will be very advantageous to open a Buddhist temple with a local community college and Rutgers University within reach as well.
